The Evangelistic Mission is a place where traveling evangelists and missionaries can stay as they lift up the name of Jesus in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. Evangelist Carlos Rodriguez stays at the mission full time to make it readily available.
Carlos Rodriguez's Testimony
I was raised in a country were I thought I had it all. While I was a child my parents did everything In their power to give us a good life and because of the pursuit of happiness we all got lost along the way. My father became an alchoholic and my mother a stressed out housewife trying to make ends meat. Money ended up becoming a problem and they got to the point they couldn't live with eachother anymore so they divorced when I was 13 years old. I found my love in the streets with my "homies" and I myself chose to experiment with one drug to another. It got to the point that after several run-ins with the police I finally got my residency taken away on a heroine charge. A little over a year before that happend I tried to change my life several ways and just could never get it right. I gave my life to Christ after no solutions and finally got a response. At first I couldn't understand Gods calling in my life because all I wanted was to stop drinking and doing drugs but there was something else telling me to surrender my life to God. It's now been over 5 years that I accepted Gods call to repentance, and willingly choose to serve Jesus and let others know about Gods power through his Spirit. The Lord has now open the doors for us to build up a mission in Nuevo Laredo Mexico. I thank God for the people he has used to form my life into a new man and for never giving up on me.......Thank You Jesus All The Glory Is For Him!
